Any regular priced Rim Bidet comes with:

• 30-day Customer Satisfaction warranty
• 5-year warranty on replacement part/component or repair of the Rim Bidet; 
  this warranty does not apply for Rim Bidet units

• Installed for commercial use;
• having damages caused by the use of chemicals
• damages by way of scratches and normal wear and tear of the unit
• damages caused by the customer

• The warranty will include components/parts that need replacing. Customer to pay for shipping and handling, labor (if any) plus applicable taxes.
• Original receipt must be provided together with the Rim Bidet to the original location of purchase for the warranty to be effective.
• The Promotional Price of the Rim Bidet refers to Freight On Board (from St. Catharines, ON, Canada) only. The Shipping and Handling cost of $16 applies to shipment per unit within Canada and the USA. By ordering for the Rim Bidet for shipment to a destination outside Canada/USA, the Customer agrees to pay the difference by way of any additional shipping costs and/or applicable taxes depending on the final shipping destination

- After the sale is finalized is no return. The sale is final for any reason.

Warranty is conditional upon there being a defect in the unit and not due to customer negligence.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for any Rim Bidet returns.
